Jay Forte, CPC

Jay Forte, a former financial executive and corporate educator, now business and motivational speaker, certified workplace and life coach, and author, is a nationally ranked Thought Leader and Founder and President of the Greatness Zone. Jay’s passion is in providing practical tools to help people discover and use their talents, strengths and passionst to be extraordinary in work and life.

Jay’s specialties include human capital management (attract, hire and retain A-level talent), leadership, Stand Out! customer service, life purpose, faith-based greatness, possibilities creation, creative thinking and greatness self-discovery.

Jay is the author of Fire Up! Your Employees and Smoke Your Competition,  and The Greatness Zone – Know Your Self, Find Your Fit, Transform the World.  He has published more than 200 articles both nationally and internationally, writes the Manage for Big Bold Results and Life’s Too Big To Play Small blogs and newsletters and for other news sources including Intentblog.com, CornerstoneOnDemand.com and The Student Operated Press.

Jay is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the National Speakers Association and the Florida Speakers Association.

When not helping companies attract, hire and retain A-level talent, or helping people learn to discover and live great and happy lives, he writes, gardens and cooks (as any good Italian) with his partner in Ft Lauderdale, FL. His three daughters are now out of the house, done with college and are living and working in their Greatness Zone.

Bob Keimer

Bob Keimer, a previous sales executive, cofounder of a manufacturing business, Adjunct business professor at Nathan M. Bisk College of Business at Florida Institute of Technology and serial entrepreneur, is now the CEO of Humanetrics.  An avid educator and powerful speaker, Bob’s role is rarely behind the scenes. Though responsible for the daily business direction of Humanetrics, you will see Bob at the real and virtual podium for the Fire Up! and The Greatness Zone seminars, programs, coaching and events. Bob specialties are sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, business startup, business plans, customer service, human capital management and financial management.

Bob earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Columbia University.  He has served on the local board of Junior Achievement, and he is a 12-year JA volunteer at Palm Bay High School where he helps students develop and present new business ideas.  Bob is also an active, certified SCORE Business Counselor where he advises local clients on starting and growing businesses.

His hobbies include playing basketball early Saturday mornings with some fellow Florida Tech colleagues and alumni.  Bob has been married for 26 years and he has two children.  He and his wife, Liz, enjoy traveling, ballroom dancing, and spending time at the beach.

Kate Forte

Blogger and Greatness Zone Intern

Kate Forte is a blogger and an intern with the Greatness Zone. Kate is a living, breathing product of the Greatness Zone’s concepts and principles. The Greatness Zone process helped her discover her core talents, passions and find her personal and professional fit in today’s world. As a result, she currently serves as an office coordinator and executive assistant for HelmsBriscoe, where she puts her talents to use in event planning for companies around the world.

Kate’s continued success with the Greatness Zone led to her desire to promote the concepts to help others discover their ideal career paths. Through her blog posts (in the Youth Blog) , Kate’s goal is to share her experiences, life lessons and advice to spark something in others, encouraging them to know themselves, know their world and find their fit and happiness.  She says that her unique capabilities known as “Greatness Factor” leads her to live a life that is nothing short of extraordinary.

Kate graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Tourism Development Management and certificates in Special Events as well as Convention Sales and Meeting Planning.


Wendy Lieber

Wendy Lieber is the president of Athena Marketing, one of South Florida’s leading strategic marketing firms, and the in charge of Marketing for The Greatness Zone. She works with small to medium sized companies on a regional as well as global basis helping them develop their overall marketing strategy, implementing it, measuring results and refining as necessary. Wendy helps clients figure out their “why” and then communicate that effectively to target audiences.
Wendy has successfully launched hundreds of products into the marketplace in the United States, Canada, Europe and Latin America and worked with major retailers and distribution channels worldwide including WalMart, Target, Canadian Tire, Dicks and Dixons to name a few. It was during that time, that she realized her true passion was entrepreneurship and creating and growing businesses.

Wendy graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors in Marketing and went on to get her MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Wendy is the co-creator of BIG (Books Inspire Growth) Breakfast, a monthly learning event for business owners. Wendy is a member of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization)Accelerator where she is not only a participant but also the board chair for the organization. She proudly serves on the Board of Trustees for Women in Distress after being an active board member for over 7 years to this incredible organization. In addition to her passion for business and entrepreneurship, she is an avid reader, loves to cook and practice CrossFit.
