The Greatness Zone introduces a process to help you know yourself, find your best fit and then bring your best to your world.
Some people can move through the steps easily. Some need more resources. Here are tools to help you with each step of the process.

What you are naturally good at is hardwired in you - how your brain sparks.
Here are 3 different ways to help you identify what you are good. These will help you complete this step of the Greatness Zone Plan - select the one or ones that help you the most.

What you are passionate about is personal. Another way to say it is what could you do all day and never be aware of the time - what gets you in your zone? Some people know this easily and naturally. If not, try any or all of these several things to help you identify this for you

What matters to you? What do you want from work and life? Now this step requires only you - you must identify what makes you happy and what you want - not what others want for you. You will see that you are the only resource for this step. This is where keeping a journal is important - or that you write down the things that are important to you at work and in life. See the Journal step above. Otherwise stop and think about what matters to you.


When you know yourself, you have more information about you. This now sets you up to see what work and live options are good options for you. I find the best way to see this is to see career and job options. By reviewing the list of job titles and possible careers, you start to see so many more opportunities and possibilities. This will help you start to see what work roles could be good for you. Remember that the best role for you may be in a job that hasn't been created yet - and it is waiting for you to invent it.
